AZ Urban Studio isretained by a number oflarge country estates to provide both strategic planning advice, and to then take forward individual projects through the planning and heritage consents processes. The nature of rural diversification means that the project types are broad, and we have successfully delivered planning and heritage consents for our rural clients in areas including new housing, hotel and leisure, commercial, cultural and renewable energy.
We have long-term planning services relationships with large private country estates in Bedfordshire, Sussex, Hampshire, Somerset, Dorset, Cornwall and Scotland, and it is incredibly rewarding to work upon the diversification and development of such wonderful historic places to assist their owners in meeting sustainable rural economic development goals for the 21stcentury.
