Planning consent for innovative mixed-use scheme in Southwark.

AZ Urban Studio have secured planning consent for an innovative development incorporating office accommodation and eight large Passivhaus apartments overlooking Guy Street park in London, SE1.

Full planning permission was granted by the London Borough of Southwark for the redevelopment of this underutilised site on Weston Street following extensive pre and post application negotiations. AZ Urban Studio led the project through the planning process, working with AHMM architects.

The development is being promoted by Solidspace Developments and builds on their previous residential schemes exploring a new model of apartment living.
