Highbury Corner Masterplan

AZ Urban was commissioned by London Underground and the London Borough of Islington to provide property and development services in relation to the masterplan for Highbury Corner prepared by Landolt and Brown Architects.

The masterplan includes potential road realignment, extensive public realm improvements, the relocation of the existing post office and the upgrading of the current station. In addition, a number of major opportunity sites in the surrounding area were investigated.

AZ Urban Studio’s role incorporated several interlinked development services, including feasibility studies, option testing to inform design development and client decision making, and specialist advice relating to specific land issues.
