Working with Nissan Richards, AZ Urban Studio has helped secure planning permission to build four townhouses on underused garden land. The development addresses the substantial need for larger family accommodation in London and across the southeast.

The development, designed by Nissan Richards, incorporates four houses in two separate blocks echoing and reinterpreting the traditional suburban vernacular of this area.

AZ Urban Studio advised the development design team at inception, and prepared a comprehensive planning statement, justifying critical planning issues, including the principle of development, mix and tenure, parking and design. Planning permission was secured under delegated authority.
