AZ Urban Studio secured planning permission at appeal for the partial demolition of a house and for a large two storey front, side and rear extension including the introduction of a basement garage in Surbiton.
Our team were requested by the project architect to take the project forward following the application being refused planning permission by the Council’s Planning Committee upon design grounds. AZ Urban Studio prepared a comprehensive Statement of Case in support of the application, and the Planning Inspectorate subsequently allowed the appeal – a great result.
