We work closely with local authority planning officers to formulate and negotiate acceptable solutions. However, where situations become intransigent, we are well placed to advise clients on the likelihood of a planning appeal being successfuland to represent clients through the appeal process.
Working alongside the project architect, we advise clients on the full range of planning policy considerations and prepare relevant submission documents including Design & Access Statements, Planning Statements and Heritage Assessments to put forward our
casefor the development.
